By accessing and utilizing the Zolvia Engineering Sizing Suite ("the Service"), available at https://zolvia.site, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provisions of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by these terms, please discontinue use of this platform immediately.

2. Intellectual Property Rights

The Service, including its calculation algorithms, custom IAPWS-IF97 approximations, HTML5 canvas rendering engine, user interfaces, branding, and technical guides, is owned by Zolvia and protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property regulations.

3. Preliminary Sizing & Engineering Disclaimer

All computational outputs provided by Zolvia—including mass flow, volumetric flow rate, Total Dynamic Head (TDH), brake horsepower (BHP), motor kW rating, and Net Positive Suction Head Available (NPSHa)—are intended exclusively for preliminary engineering estimation, educational reference, and conceptual facility scoping.

Final procurement, pump impeller trimming, and piping system deployment must be certified and stamped by a licensed Professional Engineer (PE) utilizing manufacturer certified pump performance curves and site-specific fluid data.

4. Limitation of Liability

Under no circumstances shall Zolvia, its developers, engineers, or contributors be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use this software, or reliance upon calculated data in physical plant installations.
